The price we are currently offering you covers not only the call out but also all labour associated with the repair. Competitors may charge you for extra labour on top of their associated call out fee, we do not as our price includes unlimited labour and return visits if required. You are not required to pay anything more other than for parts (where needed). Our prices include VAT unlike many of our competitors.
Engineers will be armed with the information you provide they may well have the parts in their vehicle. If our engineer does not have the parts required we aim to get parts within a few working days, however this may well depend on the age and make of the appliance as this affects the availability of parts.
Most appliances can be repaired with no problem, however appliances with the best chance of repair are generally under 6 years old as parts are normally readily available from manufacturers and suppliers. This is not to say your appliance cannot be repaired if it's over 6 years though as we frequently can.
Yes, we offer a 1 year guarantee for repairs related to the initial breakdown. Please speak to a customer service representative for more information on the guarantees we offer.
